Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
In order for an item to be eligible for exchange, your item must be unused & in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with tags & proof of purchase. Final Sale guidelines apply. Returns are not accepted, however, we will do everything we can to make sure you are elated with your piece. GERMINATE will make every reasonable effort to work together to assure a resolution be found, should any issue arise.
Items may be exchanged if they do not fit. To save time & avoid unnecessary shipping costs, please specify any needs, such as necklace chain length, circumference of wrist/ankle, or ring size, via email or the info box when you purchase your item.
The studio must be contacted via email within 7 days of delivery & items must be dispatched back within 14 days of delivery.
The customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless it can be determined that the exchange is an oversight of the studio. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. The studio will not be responsible for items lost in transit. No exchange will be issued until returned products have reached the studio and have been approved.
Replacements may be considered under special circumstances where there is an oversight, on the part of the studio. This will be evaluated on a case by case basis & remains the discretion for the studio. Typically repairs, in such cases, are free of charge.

SHIPPING
GERMINATE will make every effort to ship expeditiously & typically ships within one week of purchase.
All packages shipped within CANADA include insurance coverage for $100 & are shipped as an Expedited Parcel, at no extra cost to the customer. If you prefer a different service, please email the studio.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your item(s) to reach you, may vary. Delivery times within Canada range from 2 to 14 business days depending on the distance of the destination from Collingwood, Ontario.
During holidays, inclement weather, or certain national & global occurrences, shipping delays are possible. Please note that during festival & market season, there may be slight delays in getting orders to the post, while on the road.
If shipping weight exceeds 4.54 kg or 10 lbs, studio will contact you to discuss options.
If you live in a remote area, shipping costs may exceed the website’s estimation. In such cases, the studio will contact you to verify options.
Please be aware that you may receive customs charges when shipping Internationally. GERMINATE is not responsible for any additional charges by customs
